East Coast Vacation

We recently went on an East Coast vacation to Washington DC, Gettysburg, and New York City. We had a great time at all three destinations. We were definitely in tourist mode, visiting multiple tourist sites every day.



We went on a Capitol tour given by our congresswoman's office.

Motorcycle Gear

I have my full set of motorcycle gear. All that is left is license (taking written test on Thursday) and an actual motorcycle.

I have a modular helmet from KBC. A jacket from Frank Thomas. The helmet is black, the jacket is black and white. Decided to go with the white jacket for added visibility as well as it looked cool.

ok... that was a joke. The test did consist of: u-turns (figure eight within a small area), swerve, quick stop, and cornering on a 135 degree turn.

Motorcycle Safety Class has been passed. More details to follow. Next steps: DMV written exam and purchasing of a motorcycle.
