I have no idea when or where this picture was taken, or who the dog is... Does anybody know?

Tim, the picture is a dog we had for many years named Scooter. It was taked in 68 or 69 at Sam's grandmothers house in Campbell Texas. She was a cutie wasn't she? Jan will send the journal soon.
