Just got a phone call from Dell about my new machine.
The delivery date has shifted out to 7/22. I am not surprised due to the "newness" of the machine. Still disappointing though.
I am impressed with Dell's Customer Support. Never would have expected a phone call from them. Didn't even expect an email. Was expecting to be notified simply by myself viewing my order status online with no explanation. Instead I got the phone call, was able to ask questions (and get answers).
Disappointed? - yes, I am looking forward to the machine. Would I buy from them again? - yes at this point.
